DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to design, operationalize, and scale AI agents and AI agentic workflows across enterprise platforms. This role bridges data engineering, applied AI, and platform integration, enabling fraud teams to safely adopt AI-powered automation and decision-support capabilities. The ideal candidate combines hands-on engineering experience with LLM-based agents, strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, and the ability to translate business needs into deployable AI-enabled solutions.
This role supports development of intelligent assistants, workflow agents, and real-time decision augmentation capabilities across domains such as fraud detection, operational intelligence, risk monitoring, and enterprise productivity.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Build orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as: Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Langchain
- Develop agents capable of: tool use, memory, planning, reasoning, retrieval augmentation (RAG)
- Connect agents to enterprise data platforms such as: Databricks, Synapse / Fabric, Delta Lake, Vector databases
- Build reusable agent frameworks and templates
- Support internal teams adopting agent-based solutions
- Create deployment-ready agent pipelines
- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Build integrations enabling agents to interact with: APIs, databases, vector search, case management systems, workflow engines, event streams
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 10+ years experience in software engineering, data engineering, or 5+ years experience in applied AI engineering and/or DS/LLM knowledge
- Experience building: AI agents, copilots, orchestration pipelines, RAG pipelines
- Experience with Python strongly preferred
- Experience integrating with enterprise data platforms
- Experience in agent framework such as langchain, Foundry, etc.
- Experience in Retrieval platforms such as Azure AI search, databricks vector search, Pinecone, etc
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Open AI, Databricks Mosaic AI
- Enterprise data platform experience. Ideal candidates have worked with: Delta Lake, Databricks, Synapse / Fabric, Kafka / event streaming, Unity Catalog / governance-aware platforms
- Experience/business knowledge working with fraud, scams, global security domains
