Azure DevOps Architect / Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps expert with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support a fast-moving client engagement. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end DevOps strategies aligned with agile-based solution deployments.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of architectural thinking and hands-on execution, helping define scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps practices for immediate project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Develop deployment strategies aligned with Agile methodologies
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Define infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless delivery
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (recent projects required)
• Proven experience in DevOps architecture and implementation
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)
• Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Experience in hybrid/on-site client environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Work Requirements:

• Onsite presence required: 3 days per week in Springfield, MA
• This is not a fully remote role
• Candidates must be able to start quickly
