About the Job:
The Business Intelligence Analyst III plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and stability of Taco Bell’s Data Platform. Acting as a strategic bridge between cross-functional business partners, the Data Platform Reliability team, and internal IT support teams, this role combines technical expertise with influence in process improvement and proactive communication. Responsibilities include monitoring production environments, resolving
The Day-to-Day:
Proactively communicate progress and updates to consumers, business partners, and cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned as service requests are addressed.
Monitor the BI environment and resolve medium-to-high complexity incidents, including infrastructure failures and issues impacting 30+ reports and 1000+ users.
Lead deployment of changes into production and ensure adherence to reliability standards.
Advocate best practices for development teams by providing insights, influencing standards and processes
Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, procedures, and root cause analyses for critical incidents.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements
Additional Responsibilities:
Mentor junior team members (onshore/offshore) and serve as a resource for complex problem-solving.
Drive innovation within the Data Platform team by exploring new technologies and methodologies.
Assist with on-call support for critical incidents to ensure production stability.

Salary Range: $98,400 to $115,800 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
