Candidate will be preferably located in the Syracuse area with the ability to report to the East Syracuse office on occasion.Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 / year (Dependent on Experience)Data Analyst Position Summary:The Data Analyst is responsible for designing ETL processes for integration of company databases, data reporting and data visualization development, and developing solutions to automate business processes. The Data Analyst is responsible for empowering users with data and insight to improve performance and drive business decisions.Data Analyst Job Responsibilities:Develops ETL processes to integrate company databases and external data sources.Designs and develops stored procedures, views and functions using T-SQL.Create reports and data visualizations in TableauConduct data quality assessments and develop strategies to identify and mitigate data integrity issues.Responds to Data Reporting Help Desk requests.Ensure the quality of the data that is available to end usersIdentify and lead operational improvement opportunitiesContribute to the development of tools and processes which make the team more efficientCollaborate with teams that support us (IT, HIT, Quality)Develops and maintains effective relationships with staff at all levels throughout the agency.Data Analyst Qualifications:Positive and enthusiastic, able to easily work with others, regardless of their technical proficiencyAnalytical, creative, and innovative in approach to solving problemsStrong SQL skills. Writing SQL is a significant part of what we doHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in MS SQL a plusExperience in Python scripting a plusExperience with Electronic Health Records a plusExperience in business analytics, mathematics or computer scienceStrong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle highly sensitive information of a confidential nature.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently.Liberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
