Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the Commercial Banking Applications including the nCino platform. Perform system updates, research, develop, test, coordinate and implement new feature rollouts. Identifying new opportunities within the applications to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required. 1-year nCino or Salesforce administration and/or commercial banking experience preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification or commitment to get certification within 1 year of employment. nCino Administrator Certification or commitment to get certification within 3 years of employment. Experience with DataLoader, GitHub, AutoRABIT, Jira, Confluence, or related tools preferred. Experience in an Agile development environment and in implementing and improving Agile/Scrum practices preferred. Ability to demonstrate data mining and building reports, basic SQL and SOQL coding preferred.

Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and commercial terminology. Ability to learn quickly, contribute to a team effort and work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities with limited direction. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
