Director of Enterprise Digital Products

Role Summary

The Director of Enterprise Digital Products is a senior Digital leadership role responsible for partnering with business functions to design, govern, and execute the enterprise digital product and systems roadmap. This role leads the Digital Product Management organization and ensures that digital capabilities are aligned to business strategy, core value streams, and enterprise architecture principles. The Director brings a strong blend of business process expertise and technology leadership, with a primary focus on driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the Enterprise Digital Products organization, providing strategic direction, coaching, and people leadership to Digital Product Managers.

· Partner closely with business leaders across Commercial, Pre-Construction, Project Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations to understand priorities and shape digital roadmaps.

· Define and maintain enterprise business architectures aligned to end-to-end business processes and value streams.

· Own the intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance for enterprise digital initiatives in collaboration with the PMO.

· Ensure digital products support scalable, standardized, and well-integrated business processes.

· Translate business strategies and process needs into executable system roadmaps and product backlogs.

· Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including modernization, rationalization, and vendor strategy.

· Drive adoption, change management, and value realization for digital products across the organization.

· Partner with Digital Operations & Cybersecurity to ensure products are reliable, secure, and operationally sound.

· Contribute to enterprise Transformation/Modernization initiatives as a senior Digital Technologies leader.

· Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to functional and executive leaders.

· Build high-performing, outcome-oriented product teams with clear accountability and ownership.

· Foster strong collaboration across Digital Products, Digital Operations & Cybersecurity, and the Digital PMO.

· Promote a product mindset focused on business value, process excellence, and continuous improvement.

· Communicate clearly and credibly with both business and technical audiences.

· Actively participate in the planning and execution of the enterprise-wide Modernization Program

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, digital product management, or business and technology transformation.

· Demonstrated success partnering with business functions to design enterprise business architectures and execute system roadmaps.

· Strong background in business process design, optimization, and value-stream thinking.

· Experience leading and developing product management or similar cross-functional teams.

· Proven ability to balance business strategy, process expertise, and enabling technology capabilities.

· Mixed background spanning business operations, process improvement, and technology leadership.

· Strong vendor management and enterprise software experience.

· Executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes.

· Familiarity with frameworks such as Agile, Lean, TOGAF, or similar (applied pragmatically).

· Experience with EPC, construction, or project-based enterprise systems is a plus but not required.
