Conducts periodic site visits to Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. corporate restaurant locations to ensure that Caesar Vision standards are properly implemented and system are functioning as intended. Ensures all software, network, infrastructure and equipment are correctly configured, operational and aligned with company standards. Partners closely with IT construction teams to support seamless new restaurant openings and remodels. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
What You Will Do:
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Caesar Vision (CV) Cloud, Altametrics, and other software used in the restaurants.
Responds promptly to technology issues reported by restaurant managers and Area Supervisors, troubleshooting internet connectivity and internal network systems to ensure reliable performance of CV hardware and software.
Regularly visits all restaurant locations within the assigned market, regardless of reported issues, to conduct IT assessments, ensure system integrity, and proactively support restaurant management by addressing questions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsible for ordering, installing, and maintaining IT equipment across all restaurants within the market to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
Assists in CV system installations and all IT needs for new restaurants and remodels.
Tracks work using Service Now tickets and escalates issues to the CV Helpdesk when necessary.
Ensures point of sale systems and network hardware is up to date to comply with Little Caesars corporate standards.
Performs pizza portal maintenance.
Complete and track projects assigned by manager.
Communicates regularly with Operations teams to provide updates on software releases, system changes, and the status of open issues, ensuring alignment and timely resolution.
Performs general office IT support as needed.
What You Will Do:
Demonstrated attention to detail and experience in positions with numerous, concurrent tasks and details.
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to issues that impact the business operations.
Evidence of highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences (senior management, restaurant personnel, accounting, vendors, etc.).
Ability to prioritize tasks by severity and business impact.
Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2)+ years of operations experience.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and associated peripherals, including configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Previous experience with presenting training materials.
Working knowledge of networking concepts and equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot problems.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
Completion of college-level coursework in Information Technology disciplines, such as Information Systems, Networking, and Programming.
Working knowledge of restaurant equipment, operating instructions, and procedures.
Working Conditions:
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation performing weekend and after-hours support as appropriate.
Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
This position requires travel to area restaurant and other markets as needed.
Ability to climb ladder and lift up to 40lbs
