Role Description
Zlayt AI is seeking a Full Stack Developer who thrives in 0 → 1 environments. This is a full-time, on-site role in Austin, TX.
This is not a maintenance role. You will be building new systems from scratch, rapidly prototyping, and shipping production-ready features at high velocity. You’ll work across the stack—from frontend to backend to AI systems—turning ideas into working products in hours or days, not weeks.
You’ll be expected to operate with high ownership, minimal direction, and a strong bias toward action.
