The Systems Administrator is an advanced technical position which is responsible for implementation, configuration, upgrade, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration of server technology software and hardware infrastructure. Performs complex business analyses and project management work facilitating and ensuring efficient systems integration efforts across all City systems. Work is performed under direction with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Position seeks technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or) or obtain within one year of employment.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
