Microsoft 365 (M365) Developer

E-Logic is seeking a skilled M365 Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions for a federal client. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Developer to build scalable applications and workflows that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Build applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Customize SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, SPFx components).
• Support Microsoft Teams integrations and collaboration tools.
• Assist in integrating M365 with external systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions.
• Participate in requirements analysis and technical design sessions.
• Ensure solutions comply with federal security and data protection requirements.
• Document technical solutions and maintain system configurations.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SharePoint Online.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures (Azure is a plus).
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA, etc.).
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MS-600, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
