We are looking for a professional person to join our On-Site Support Team. The On-Site Technician staff members are deployed to customer locations for in-person support and provide back-end remote support as well. You’ll be able to provide equipment installation, end-user support, network infrastructure installation, network programming, along with other IT projects.
You'll immediately begin working on:
o End user and Network Equipment installations.
o Network infrastructure upgrades to a variety of customer locations.
o Ensuring that end-users’ concerns are listened to, are promptly addressed and their IT problems are effectively resolved
