POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Seasonal IT Support (Summer)

REPORTS TO: Director of IT

POSITION SUMMARY:

Seasonal IT Support Technician for the summer season. This role will focus on cable installations and computer provisioning. If you're tech-savvy, a quick learner, and eager to gain hands-on experience, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with installing, testing, and labeling network cables.
2. Help set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Address basic hardware and software issues under supervision.
4. Work with the IT team to meet project deadlines.
5. Keep accurate records of installations and configurations.
6. Follow safety guidelines when handling equipment.
7. Pitch in with other IT tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. No prior experience required, but an interest in technology is a plus.
2. Familiarity with common software applications.
3. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours.
6. Must be able to lift and move equipment.

This seasonal position will have approximate employment dates from 06/03/2026 to 08/28/2026.

Position will be 32 hours a week.
