This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes while partnering closely with IT and operational leadership.

You will play a key role in executing strategic programs (e.g., ERP implementations, plant system integrations, infrastructure upgrades) while helping mature delivery practices within a growing PMO.

These initiatives are critical to improving manufacturing efficiency, system capability, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise and operational impact
  • Own end-to-end delivery: scope, schedule, budget, resources, and outcomes
  • Partner with business leaders (operations, finance, supply chain) to define success and ensure value realization
  • Coordinate across multiple teams, projects, and vendors, including system integrators
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with focus on minimizing production disruption and deployment risk
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership
  • Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability
  • Contribute to and apply PMO standards, balancing governance with pragmatic execution

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivery of complex initiatives aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes
  • Minimal disruption to operations during implementation and deployment
  • Strong stakeholder alignment and executive confidence
  • High adoption and sustained value from delivered solutions
  • Contributions to improved delivery consistency and PMO maturity

What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of IT project management experience
  • Proven success leading large, complex initiatives (e.g., ERP, manufacturing systems, infrastructure, or digital transformation)
  • Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence without authority
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party partners
  • Ability to balance delivery speed with governance and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience in manufacturing, plant systems (MES), or regulated environments (SOX, audit)
