Business Intelligence Analyst / ERP & Supply Chain Support

This position partners with Finance and Operations to transform data into formats that aid in producing actionable insights and solutions, with the goal of improving operations and financial performance. The Business Intelligence Analyst is also responsible for working inside the ERP system to help develop and refine processes to more efficiently use that system and its peripheral systems and as a result improve the quality of the resulting data. The person in this position will also be responsible for working with the CFO to develop and maintain strong data governance policies.  We offer a tuition reimbursement program, a clean, safe, climate-controlled facility with modern equipment and much more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own, develop, and implement data warehouse (main source of truth) and business intelligence frameworks and data governance policies
  • Build dashboards and reports to support operations visibility and analyze trends
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support strategic planning
  • Maintain ISO and other KPIs used for reporting and analysis
• Understand and develop ERP system functionality, working with all departments in assessing needs and developing solutions
  • Assist with data input and system configuration to achieve ERP solutions
  • Assist with automation within the 
• Automate manual data processing processes to drive efficiency and consistency 
• Assist with compliance documentation to meet Government CMMC requirements
• Additional duties in support of data and financial analysis as identified and assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence or related field
• Experience in a Supply Chain and/or Operations related position
• Experience in writing SQL commands and queries and/or working with other data analysis related languages
• 3+ years’ experience with a Business Intelligence system such as Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and other software
