What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help shape and strengthen OceanAir’s security posture by:
- Supporting and continuously improving our Information Security Program (ISP)
- Developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
- Identifying vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications and recommending solutions
- Monitoring and responding to security incidents while helping minimize risk and impact
- Conducting security assessments, audits, and penetration testing
- Partnering with IT, compliance, and business teams to embed security into everyday operations
- Supporting business continuity and resilience planning
- Staying current on evolving cyber threats, tools, and regulatory requirements
- Promoting security awareness through training and education initiatives
- Preparing reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders
- Managing assigned projects, tickets, and priorities independently
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of technology experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity
- Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
- Experience with security tools like SIEM/EDR platforms, MS Defender, MS Entra, Intune, Darktrace, ManageEngine, or similar technologies
- Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat analysis
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Bonus points if you have:
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications
- Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or credit unions

Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week), with occasional flexibility as needed
- Minimal travel (up to 5%) for training or conferences
- Hybrid/office-based collaboration depending on business needs
