The mission of Hope The Mission (HTM) is to prevent, reduce, and eliminate poverty, hunger, and homelessness by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions. Our mission is to meet our participants' needs through an individualized and non-judgmental approach that will ultimately lead to long term housing stability.
The Entry Level IT Manager fulfills the mission of the Hope of The Mission by eliminating technology Risks for HTM and ensuring that all technology is in good working order and accessible to customers and staff.
The Entry Level IT Manager is responsible for installing hardware and software, troubleshooting all of the technology to eliminate Risk, responding to questions from employees, assisting third-party companies with risk elimination, such as camera/alarm systems, keeping inventory of all the essentials that team members need on day to day to ensure avoiding any risk that comes from delay such as having computers, iPhones, electronic hardware and software licenses, placing orders for accessories such as keyboards and equipment as needed. Maintains Apple and PC desktops, Apple laptops, various types of printers, etc...

● Minimum two years experience

● Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

● Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as boxes and equipment, and reach overhead

1. Operate HOTV vehicle to efficiently and effectively complete tasks
2. Operate desktop computers, laptops, land phones, cellphones, various software programs, etc.
3. Stand for long periods of time
4. Walk and climb stairs; stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis
5. Grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead
6. Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment
7. Reach with hands and arms
8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and 75 lbs occasionally.
9. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas, information by means of the spoken and written word
10. Be mobile by moving oneself from place to place quickly and easily
11. Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers
12. Be able to have visual activity for (including, but not limited to); food prep, cleaning, stocking
13. Be able to enter buildings that may require climbing stairs.
14. Be periodically subjected to outside environmental conditions.
Work Environment:
The employee may be in contact with individuals and families in crisis who may be ill, using alcohol and drugs, and who may not be attentive to basic personal hygiene, health and safety practices. The employee may experience a number of unpleasant sensory demands associated with the clients use of alcohol and drugs, and lack of personal hygiene. The employee must be ready to respond quickly and effectively to many types of situations, including crisis situations and potentially hostile situations. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate in an office setting. Sometimes work may become stressful when working under pressure.
