Scope: Ability to leverage data analysis techniques, intelligence databases, and open-source information to develop assessments, reports, and briefings for senior leadership and operational units.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collect, validate, and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data sets to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Conduct research across intelligence databases, open-source platforms, and relevant information systems to develop timely and accurate intelligence products.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable assessments, reports, white papers, and briefing materials for senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
- Present analytical findings in written and verbal formats, including formal briefings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, analysts, and cross functional teams to synthesize information and refine analytical outputs.
- Maintain up to date awareness of global events, cyber threats, military developments, and emerging trends affecting the U.S. Navy and NAVSEA programs.
- Ensure all analytical activities comply with classification guidelines, DoD policies, and NAVSEA standards.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the evolution of analytic tools, methodologies, and workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 4-10 years of experience providing critical support in analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating information relevant to Navy operations, intelligence, and strategic planning.
