Primary Objective of Position:
The Cloud and Security Engineer has overall responsibility for responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. This role leverages deep expertise in AI, hybrid cloud architecture, and compliance frameworks such as CMMC to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems. By aligning security best practices with business objectives, the position drives innovation while safeguarding critical assets against evolving threats.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this position is key to preventing data breaches and ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as exempt.

Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements.
Ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of ranges as determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Check’s 401k plan, in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
