Position Summary

Cloud5 Communications is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee planning, executing, and delivering technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and resource planning to implementation and post-launch review—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will support Cloud5’s large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including a key initiative to connects core business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow) through APIs to function as a unified platform. The position operates across both project delivery (70%) and capacity/program management (30%), requiring a balance of hands-on execution and strategic oversight of project portfolio health, resource allocation, team management, and prioritization.

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 15+ years of IT project management experience

• Proven success managing enterprise system implementations, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, wireless, firewalls, servers, cloud services)

• Ability to operate at both project execution and program/capacity management levels

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)

• PMP certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or commercial real estate environments

• Managed services provider (MSP) or professional services experience
