The Senior Loan Systems Administrator will work in a team environment with existing helpdesk and developers under the direction of the CTO.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve user issues, maintain and implement changes to ACM’s loan origination systems (Encompass), point of sale system (nCino) and support third-party integrations
- Collaborate closely with ACM’s Instructional design team and developers to make changes to loan systems for increased automation and efficiency
- Provide training and guidance on procedures and best practices to be developed with the learning team and distributed by recording in our Learning Management System or by live webinar
- Work with department managers and executive leadership to ensure business needs are met while adhering to best practices and meeting availability goals
- Mentor junior admins and delegating projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Six or more years of experience directly administrating Encompass. Must have knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, software development, utilizing a ticketing system to organize and complete user requests, and should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Broad knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities, loan programs, and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of third-party services including verification, credit, appraisal, title, pricing, and automated underwriting services as they relate to mortgage loan origination
- Six years of experience directly supporting Encompass by ICE, including administrating business rules, input forms, and third-party plugins
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Experience with VB.net and interfacing with API’s
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or similar
