Compensation

• Salary: $230k - $250k
• Equity: As a seed-funded startup, we offer straight equity (not options), which is a significant advantage. While we don't share specific percentages due to the evolving cap table with new investors, the equity package is very competitive with founding engineer compensation. This is a unique opportunity to get in early before our next funding round.
