Position Description (Brief summary) |

Culligan is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day technical owner of our global Sales Enablement platform. Most of this role is Sales Enablement — ensuring Allego is well configured, reliable, governed, and continuously improved to drive adoption and business impact across global Business Units. This role will also provide backup coverage for a small set of additional global platforms — OneTrust, the IT Financial Management platform, and AI solutions as adopted. The expectation is not that candidates are experts in all systems on day one; rather, prior experience in any of these is highly beneficial, and the successful candidate will upskill into secondary platforms over time, supporting them as needed. |

Key Position Responsibilities |

1) Allego Platform Administration & Operational Excellence (Primary) · Serve as the platform SME and primary technical administrator of the Allego platform, owning the global template configuration, governance, platform operations, and integration patterns. · Work closely with Allego vendor contacts (implementation/success services) and internal stakeholders supporting cross-functional readiness activities (workflow dependencies) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. · Manage access: Segregation of business units, roles/permissions, access troubleshooting, and support requests. · Support global template content operations: content uploads/migration, lifecycle management, and ensuring content remains relevant, current, and approved. · Support establishment and enforce content governance practices that improve findability and reduce version sprawl, including structured organization, tagging, and version control norms. · Build and maintain enablement structures such as learning journeys / programs and readiness assets that support onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement. · Produce and share analytics that connect enablement activity to learning/compliance progress and adoption, using platform reporting and exports where needed. 2) CRM Integration & Technical Enablement · Coordinate Allego integration requirements and readiness for CRM and adjacent systems (content repositories, learning systems, CTI), partnering with IT/Sales Ops and vendors to define assumptions, data needs, and test plans. · Support Allego’s CRM-embedded enablement approach (learning/content/coaching/DSRs in the flow of work), helping ensure enablement shows up where sellers work day-to-day. · Maintain an understanding of CRM concepts and relational data models; contribute to integration scoping for multi-instance CRM realities and custom CRMs where applicable. · Partner with IT on identity and access patterns (e.g., SSO and directory provisioning considerations) to support secure and scalable user access. 3) Digital Selling Enablement · Support standardized Digital Sales Room patterns/templates and operational controls that enable secure, on-brand buyer experiences at scale (including access controls by people/domains when required). 4) Global Rollout Support & Governance · Support global template build and BU rollout readiness activities: content migration, metadata standards, review cycles, and go-live coordination. · Help operationalize a governance model across BUs: intake, prioritization, content standards, and deployment decision rights, ensuring consistency while supporting regional needs. • Support pilot planning and feedback capture on adoption blockers; consolidate findings and propose improvements. 5) Secondary Platform Coverage (Backup + Upskill Over Time) · Provide backup administration/support for OneTrust (privacy platform) and assist with related workstreams as needed. · Provide administration/support for the IT Financial Management platform as it is implemented and moves into steady-state operations. · Support adoption/operations for AI solutions as they are introduced, focusing on light administration, coordination, and reporting where appropriate. |
