About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting and advancing Midwest Dairy’s core cloud and business systems, including Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, improving performance, and driving continuous improvement across collaboration and business tools.

As the Cloud & Business Applications Administrator, you will work across teams to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and enhance how staff use technology in their day-to-day work. You will play a key role in optimizing systems, implementing automation, and guiding projects that improve efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Optimize Business Applications

  • Administer and enhance CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Configure workflows, automation, permissions, and reporting to support business needs
  • Partner with internal teams to improve data quality and system adoption
  • Support integrations across CRM, Microsoft 365, and other platforms

Manage Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools

  • Oversee SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange environments
  • Design and maintain SharePoint architecture, governance, and permissions
  • Manage Teams lifecycle and collaboration structures
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
  • Implement automation using Power Automate and Power Platform tools

Drive Automation and Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency
  • Utilize tools like PowerShell for reporting and administration
  • Document systems, processes, and configurations clearly

Support Infrastructure and Technical Initiatives

  • Partner on identity and device management (Entra ID, Intune)
  • Support security practices such as MFA and conditional access
  • Serve as a resource for complex system or help desk issues
  • Lead or support IT projects, working with internal teams and external vendors


What You Bring

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
  • Experience with CRM or business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and system integrations
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, or business applications
  • 3+ years working with Power Platform or similar automation tools
  • 3+ years administering CRM or enterprise systems
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams or vendors
  • Microsoft certifications or cloud/security experience preferred


Additional Details

  • Hybrid role: Minimum two days per week in our Minnesota office
  • Occasional travel (approximately 5%)
  • Flexibility to support key system updates outside of standard hours as needed
