Description

What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint issues
  • Manage workstation imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Group Policy
  • Maintain and monitor server backups and disaster recovery systems
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes
  • Provide technical training and guidance to employees
  • Mentor junior IT technicians and promote best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business technology needs


Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Strong expertise supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus

Work Environment
